Custom and Made to Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

All custom orders are made specifically to the customer’s specifications and enter production shortly after purchase. Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, the order is considered non-cancelable.

If a cancellation request is approved after materials have been allocated or production has partially progressed, the seller reserves the right to deduct a cancellation fee equal to the cost of materials, labor incurred to date, and an administrative processing fee of up to 30% of the total order price. Any remaining balance may be refunded at the seller’s discretion.

No refunds will be issued for completed custom products except in the case of verified manufacturing defects. Customers must notify the seller in writing within 7 days of delivery regarding any defect. If a defect is confirmed, the seller will repair or replace the item at its option.

By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy
